Reschedule or Cancel your Theory Test

It is possible to reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge provided the request is made 7 calendar days before your test date.

You can reschedule your appointment within 6 working days of your appointment date, but you will be charged an administrative fee of 50% of the original exam fee. It is not possible to reschedule an appointment on the same day as your scheduled appointment.

You can cancel your appointment within 3-6 working days prior to your appointment date, but you will be charged an administrative fee of 50% of the original exam fee. The balance will be credited to the card you used for original payment. If you cancel your appointment 0-2 prior to your test you will not receive any refund.
