To avoid testing delays please ensure your name and Personal Public Service Number (PPSN) are registered correctly

As part of the check-in process your name will be validated against the ID you present on the day of testing.

If your name is not identical to the ID provided you will need to contact customer services to have this corrected. This could cause a long delay to the start of your exam.

If the PPSN you provide during your registration for a Theory Test is not correct, then your result will not be found when applying for a learner permit. This could cause your result to be invalid. Please ensure you have the correct PPSN when registering for a Theory Test.
