Step 2: Choose Test Category

Choose the category of Test you need - Car/Bike, Bus/Truck, CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence), ADI (Approved Driving Instructor), ESDS (Emergency Services Driving Standard).

Latest official RSA-approved revision materials are available to purchase. They include a Learning App that tracks your progress as you learn, as well as books, CD-roms and an Online Learning Portal.

Step 4: Choose your Test Centre

There are over forty Driver Theory Test locations throughout the Republic of Ireland. During your booking process, you can choose a Test Centre that is most convenient.

Step 5: ID Requirements

Book and pay online for your Test via the Proscheduler Booking Portal. Receive email and text confirmations about your booking, Test dates and ID requirements.

Step 8: Your Driver Theory Test

Take your Theory Test at your Local Test Centre - see the typical Test Day Experience. Once you have passed, you will be able to continue your driving lessons to the point of your practical Driving Test.
